They will suck your soul 1) There are no hard-coded HR policies , they can tell any policy to your face without any prior announcing it to employees. 2) when you try to leave they will stop your salary for whole notice period 3) there are no remuneration on local expenditure for on field role 4) No cafeteria, 5) Company premises become swimming pool on rainy day . 6) no Saturday off , they will say that 2nd sat will be off , but it is not when you are on client site .. no off on religious holidays . they can even call you on national holidays. No sat off when there is work load for months 7) Senior are arrogant 8) They hire freshers at sub low standards package which are 40-50% lower than minimum skilled labor wage. And on the day of appraisal they will ask you to leave or will give you some months time to prove yourself. they take feed back from those senior who didn't even worked with you. Only those people will get appraisal who work like a pet for them any time early morning or late nights. 9) There is huge hue and cry on HR part when you take extra cup of tea. So you gotta pay for it from your pocket. 10) There is unofficial rule to give party to whole office employees on your first salary credit , which a fresher can't bear but they will force you by mocking you constantly and make your life a living hell of embarrassment if you won't do it. 11) There is no comp off when office opens on holidays. 12) No extra time pay offs 13) Sub low infrastructure , AC don't work half of the summer. 14) No cabs. Only those people can survive in this company who have strong family support, but if you are on your own then don't even consider it. Basic room rent in noida start from 6K and that is 60-70% of salary they offer to starting employees.
