1)Poor policies they will change on their personal interest 2) Huge difference line between employee and management they get more fuel compensation and other wages than other employee why rules aren't same 3) they treat their employee as labours you wont get any respect for your opinion 4) Poor policies for the client site visits if you want to get back on festivals they will say make arrangements by yourself and also you can't take any person with you if the client stay is for long duration 5) Software is copied from other previous company 6) They will give you responsibility only not the righteous amount for it and will expect you to put your days and nights there in firm 7) If you mistakenly lose any client's hope then they will make your life hell that you will be forced to quit the organisation 8) Dealing with poor developers having no knowledge of latest technologies 9) You need to be on time irrespective of traffic conditions and you can't leave on time you will stay because the meeting starts at 7 Pm sharp 10) Seniors don’t share their knowledge and push you to follow their out fashioned way of working 11) Worst part is appraisal they will count your weaknesses and will make you feel that you are not worthy of anything
