The London office space is a bit small but we are moving to a new office space soon which is exciting! The company has grown globally at a rapid pace and some processes and systems have become a little bureaucratic but nothing wouldn't expect in going from 200 people to 500 people in a short timespan.

The company provides high-end equipment and modern tools, which makes day-to-day work technically smooth. Compensation is competitive, with a solid PTO policy and generous holiday schedule that support a healthy work-life balance.

The company struggles with organization and communication, especially from management downward. I often felt isolated in my role, with little collaboration or guidance. There were no real opportunities for career development or meaningful feedback from my direct manager. While my skip-level manager was initially supportive, that engagement stopped after just two interactions. Things became even more chaotic following the AppLovin acquisition with no clear goals or path forward.
