Vantaggi
Great Pay - they definitely compensate fairly for what you do Great culture - they understand a working person's desire to only have to work their 40 hours, and respect that
Svantaggi
Lack of training - I was give 1 week of "training" that involved the previous person doing the role just talking at me about how to do things through a screen. Unless you already know every one of the 20+ different systems and methods they use, you're going to struggle. Even after being told I was given 3 more weeks of training after flailing for nearly 2 months, the "training" was just having the person who trained me just...be more available for questions I had. One of those 'you don't know what you don't know' situations and it killed any potential for progress. Lack of management understanding - after communicating the problems I'd been having, the management attempted to check in regularly but because everyone is so stretched thin there, meetings got canceled (often last minute or right after they were scheduled) more often than they happened. A blind manager isn't a very useful one. Also, the "We're expanding" line they'll feed you is a lie, they're just backfilling because someone else left. You will not be getting an additional people to help, even if the job is a 2-person job.
