Haven’t mastered their processes, whole company needs to get in a room together and discuss and agree values and principles rather than expectations and faults. Staff don’t get credit for going above and beyond. When I was there there was a big blame culture, and managers were taking the pressure they’re under out on their team rather than working with them one on one to achieve maximum efficiency. You just get a bad mark against your name for making mistakes and nobody takes the time to sit with you and discuss an action plan. This just results in a lack of respect and understanding between managers and their teams rather than healthy relationships
