If you’re looking for a place where you can truly own your area of expertise without being micromanaged and grow in lateral areas, this is it. Supportive Leadership: My direct manager is incredibly supportive, and that energy trickles down. The coworkers here are genuine. My directors mantra is "hire smart people and let them lead" which really creates a culture of trust and high expectations that keeps us focused on both performance and personal development. Everyone is pulling in the same direction because we all want to win. Accessible CEO: The CEO is refreshingly accessible and makes a real effort to get to know everyone personally. We are very data and numbers-focused and while the quarterly goals are aggressive, they are designed to push your professional growth. Benefits: The healthcare benefits and salary are top-tier, which isn't always a given in the tech space.

The only real drawback is the PTO structure. The annual holiday count is a bit limited compared to some other tech companies/corporate structures, and sick leave is bundled under your regular PTO rather than being a separate bucket.
