Pay, remote working, the products they look to deliver are meaningful.

There is no culture, people are sidelined and excluded unless they have been at the company for a long time. Toxic management who doesn’t want to guide you, there is no real onboarding. There’s a reason there is such high turnover in the same roles.

We have several ways for employees to share concerns in real time—regular manager check-ins, support from our People Team, and our engagement survey—so it’s unfortunate we’re only hearing this after you’ve left. There are thoughtful, hardworking colleagues across teams, and the remote flexibility is a plus. The products are strong and well-known in the edtech space. Pros: •Mission-driven work •Dedicated colleagues, most are really great •Remote flexibility

Cons: •Below-market compensation (especially in high-cost areas) •Constant, ongoing structural challenges •Raises lag inflation •Limited growth opportunities •Executive messaging feels disconnected from reality •Under-resourced teams •Organizational silos
