The company is still trying build on how great it used to be working there - unfortunately it is a toxic place now. - Employees are overworked and overtime is a constant expectation, terrible work life balance - Unfortunately there are some toxic individuals in senior leadership level and the shocking behaviour seem to be tolerated by the highest level of leaders; anyone who tries to stand up against will swiftly be managed out from the business - Low morale and team engagement in quite a big part of the business - Product and sales are well out of sync - Pay is trailing below market, salaries based on location not on input/output and capability; below par benefits - High turnover, including recent starters who leave as soon as they realise how unsupportive the environment is - People team and senior leadership promoting values that exist on paper only, they fall short on fostering a fair and inclusive culture - Minimal ownership and autonomy in role, it feels employees are just head down following instructions - Promotion and career progression seem to work only on a friends basis
