-No vision for the future of the company. Leadership will brag how the company is an Industry Leader even though ESL is not perceived as an industry leader by other esports players. It is perceived as a budget option that is quick and easy. -Very poor communication, and complete lack of middle management. There are executives, and there are grunts. No lieutenants, captains, or even sergeants. -Very low starting pay, unless you are an industry insider or an executive. The only way to increase your salary is by bitterly fighting for it. -Very low ratio of employees to project load. There are always multiple projects going on simultaneously, and some departments are stretched very thin. -Very low screening system for important positions. There are many young people who are eager to work in esports who get brought on. This in itself is not bad, but they get put in very important positions and become in charge of large projects without proper training or experience. -Very shoddy studio setups with unmaintained equipment. The largest studio has been using tiny flight cases since the start, and there is barely any room to operate. -Very high turnover rate. The best employees are continually going to better offers after a year or less. This is getting worse by the moment.
