Vantaggi
There is an opportunity to learn a decent amount here and to make good connections with the customers that come in. You have to be willing to tell them what you want to learn and make it clear what your career goals are. Only other good thing is you can completely forget about work when you walk out the doors every day.

There is a long list that I probably wont get through. First off the training is terrible. They stick you in another branch to shadow with no real training regimen and then throw you to the wolves. There's an endless list of pointless online trainings that constantly get assigned throughout the year and starting this year the goals are so high it's not even possible to achieve, which means no bonuses of course. But don't worry, the pay is already low to start so that's nothing new. We're expected to do the jobs of everyone including, teller, banker, business, and fraud with probably half the pay we deserve from all that. If you're lucky enough to get a manager that understands that the goals are insane, you might have a decent time here. Otherwise it will be constant frustration. Not to mention the fact that we deal with customers all day long and you never know what you'll get when they walk in the door. I wouldn't take this job unless you really want to learn about banking products or have no other experience and can't find one somewhere else. Even if you're looking for your first job out of school, you can do better than here. You don't even need a degree to work here, but you'll only make pennies more if you do have one. I don't recommend.
