The company plays favorites with some special employees. Executive is a jerk and is very disrespectful to employees, insulting us and swearing all the time, very unprofessional. Employees get no love from management. Other employees screw up when taking orders, put wrong address or parts and then work overtime to fix these mistakes made by them. We cant even get ot but these people do. No fair. have worked here for long time but no recognition. need to do something before company destroyed. dont know where we are going. Will need to start looking before this happens
