Worst founders, leadership, who dont know what they want to do. Their Dubai leader is one of the most sadist people I have seen in corporate world. They made us join saying it will be India, US clients and in actual make people sit in Riyadh, Dammam for weeks and months including women. And the bait is USD 50 per diem. And when you complain to HR, they dont lift one finger to do something. One of the most entitled HR department, especially the so called HR head, I have seen in my career. Some of the worst policies you will see here: eg. no leave encashment at the time of exit. All the good reviews are written by employees who were promoted last year or who got quarterly awards or by HR. Their leaders openly ask HR to get the ratings on glassdoor, ambitionbox etc moderated by writing false reviews. The founders buy most awards company gets including flashy interviews they are invited to. One of the founder is accused of sexual harassment multiple times in his previous roles. The team pyramid is inverted, more partner, directors than execution staff. I have seen such good people including partners come and leave this company within one year. If chatgpt does not exist, this company will fail and I am sure it will. They openly copy big4 stuff in their work. Now appraisal, less than 5% if its your year 1, gets no better in year 2. They are brutal, will promise you things when you join and then they will show you real colors. I would not even ask my worst enemy to join.
