It's very exciting to be part of important missions at times and you really do get to work with some of the best people in the world.

It is not a good environment to raise a family. Moving every few years is annoying and the time spent away from home is difficult. You have no control over your time and very little privacy. The health care, although free, well lets just say you get what you pay for.
