The close team. People around you was willing to help. People above you are useless.

Everything, All the executive team are useless. People with diplomas and MBA that doesn't even know how to manage people or processes. The executive team hides behind the 1-2 people that were really working there the rest and the CEO useless, never helped me on anything. Don't come to this company.
