the training is great and ongoing training on product needs are great but outside of that, not great. bonuses are good but a few months after the bonuses, the happiness wears off and you realize you still hate your job.

the true cliche of giving employees a pizza party and them expecting to feel like they are appreciated. If you want to move up in the department, you often need to work the later shift from 12:30-9 to be able to advance your career.

Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros

Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
