I was initially recruited for one role and ended up being "seconded" without discussion to many different teams, which meant that responsibilities were often confusing. There was an interim management team in place, they were brash in their approach, did not follow HR process, to be fair no process at all. You were expected to work around 12-14 hours a day and were constantly reminded that you were on a good salary and should be grateful. The TL's were not trained, skilled or people managers and often bullied their staff to get outcomes. I was glad to leave as it was an unhealthy and very stressful place. I also believe that they didn't have the customers best interests at heart and were there to make a fast buck on move on to another contract.
