Provides minimum to no training - will fire you for not being able to handle tasks you were not taught to handle. 3. Chaotic and confusing management - Two bosses upholds very different standards towards the same task. 4. Egotistical bosses - will berate you if you correct them. 5. Severely short staffed - will expect you to work on weekends. 6. Little future prospects
