They hire everyone, easy work but strenuous, the people are great

Terrible leadership, they will find any and every last single reason to not pay you any more money, they are starting to cut back on benefits such as an on-site health clinic, managers ride the overtime clock while sitting in the office doing nothing, everyone does everything differently and there is no cohesion, night shift has as limited resources as possible, and most of all issues don't get resolved they just place the blame on people.
