I think the best part of working for UnionMain Homes is the people. We have amazing quarterly events for everyone including an awesome holiday party where everyone gets huge gifts! Also we get 90% of our medical covered, which I have never had at another employer. The management cares about work/life balance and really promotes that daily. This is a company you can work across teams and have the ability to grow with the company.
