      When I started here I don't have any experience in steel plant job or in my core engineering field.

      They don't have any fixed working time.. They not pay a average salery. Not fixed time to get a salery ... Woking culture is very bad here.

      It pays your bills, but should be last company if you have a choice

      One has to listen to abuses from 3 directors on daily basis as a morning breakfast and lunch. They'll call you 5 in the morning for asking about last day work when they went out for morning walk, your sleep doesn't matter neither does your privacy.
