Excellent environment, great professionals and high level of leadership.

It would be great if there was a higher investment on the training and development areas.

If you are a hard working individual, you will be able to easily climb the tech ladder in this company. If you know your content, you can get exposure that normally wouldn't be available to you at other companies. Forged some very close friendships while working here. Frequent turnover often leaves room for promotions (usually without a pay increase though).

Very top heavy company. Had several managers and team leads, not very many skilled technical workers on staff during my tenure to actually perform the work. This caused all sorts of problems with staffing and meeting customer demands. Worked 60 hour work weeks on the regular. Very high turnover. Low salary, possibly around 60% of market rate. Shady business practices at the executive level. Majority shareholder influences the company heavily (and not necessarily for the best reasons). High stress levels due to frequently irate customers. Pretty sure there was stock manipulation and insider trading performed by Executive staff which sadly effected employees that were offered options in the company.
