      The people. That’s the only thing that kept me there for so long

      You are expected to work extra hours and never receive any pay, time off in lieu or even a simple thank you. People are miserable because everyone is so micro managed. Nobody is given any authority and everything has to be signed off through the MD. This company destroyed my mental health and the best thing I ever did was leave. It’s a toxic environment

      As a whole, Uniserve is a great company to work for. Coming straight from University, the company has supported me along my learning curve to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills needed to be able to assist and lead projects. They have pushed me to my limits, unlocking skills that I myself thought I could never do. There isn't a moment in my day where I have nothing to do. There is always something for me to contribute to and always something new to learn from my Team.

      The only small downside I would say is that on rare occasions the office does get too loud. Good thing is, it's not everyday.
