HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Sometimes they speak to employees in a VERY degrading, borderline hostile work environment, type of way. You become a victim of your own success. If you don't do a good job they will quickly get rid of you. However, if you do a good job and are promoted and given pay raises that quickly becomes your downfall as they will (and I have seen it done) bring in recent college grads to replace you for 1/3rd of the salary that you were making. Just so they can "cut cost". The environment is extremely stressful as you watch all of your friends (co-workers) being walked out the door in the name of "cost cutting" knowing that they were strong performers. I would not recommend anyone to work at this place. If you must take the job get out of it ASAP. The company's core business is in a rapid decline and I would be surprised if they are still around in 3 years. I expect them to be sold or sold off into parts at the very least as the owner (Bain Capital) has made it no secret about their desire to exit this company.
