Everyone knows everyone. They're very involved in the community. Great for the experience. Get to work with celebrities. Very involved in the African-American community and puts that as a priority.

NO GROWTH! On the rare occasion someone is climbing he ranks significantly it's often because of who they're friends with or who they are related to. No mentoring. Low pay. Plagued by the crabs in a barrel mentality. This is the type of company wants everything for nothing. They want your weekends, holidays, they want you to stay late, they want you to take on more responsibilities, they want you to be practically on-call everyday; they want as much as possible without even an extra .50 cents for your work. Not even health insurance.
