This company has tones of cons Salary If you are a fresher will get per day wage which is lesser than a illiterate labour working for living a day, If you are experienced than you might be 1000 k to 2000 k comparing to the former company . The increment is set once for whole year that is in April , If you join the firm in May than you have wait for whole year to get an increment. Basic Salary of a fresher is 6000 . No bonus , no increment till you reach April even if you complete your Probation period. Management MD of the branch, only knows to speak a lot and boast of the firm. Do not give value to employees, He himself decides the time to complete the project without prior notice to developer. Sometime yells on employees because of delays or mistakes. Only profit oriented firm , no up bringing of employees are done. You cannot sit at your will also, the HR decide where you will sit , Talk louder Hr shouts. Filling long a task sheet every and managing whole team leave and every requirement is done by Team leaders, Because hr has lots of work to do (Sarcastic laugh). No bonus , No off on Saturday , life balance is totally gone . they wont give project prior to appraisal month from January on-wards and follow everything you do that means no appraisal if you done nothing its trick , not to pay in appraisal need to work on sunday sometime, and many a time you work whole night without getting off next day.
