The company talks a big game but is actually a zero

Only cons, they are a fraud company, they don't have a sexual harassment redressal cell, the employees earn between 6-15k and its saturday working... sometimes sunday, the boss is very egotistical he hits on the women of the office and often sexually inappropriate things are said about female employees in front of everyone. They also have no HR policies in place, we got our contract after nearly a year of working there, they don't give salary slip and the one they give is on text in email and the pay slip not include various deductions. I have also found out that the company make people complete notice period then not pay the employee after leaving. I am currently searching job to move out as soon as possible. The company expect 8 hours of work a week + 1 hour for lunch for 6 days a week. Only recently it give one saturday a month off. Boss don't know what they want so have to work several time on same project making drastic changes. very disorganised. The MD claim company have open culture, but people are not allowed to sit where they want and they are not allowed to go get tea or something to eat unless it is lunch time. we have to fill time sheet to account for every minute, which the team lead then conslidates for management.

Learn a lot along with work flow . Good place to dream to be at top but not in reality Motivate with false promises

Too much false promises, They just got Big Words, but Zero in work. No Ethics. Too much attitude. Unnecessary Pressure, Purposely making overtime job, They play Favoritism and Biased games very well. Not paying salary on time. F&F to almost 40 employees are pending since 8 months. Its a world to make fools to employee , just making work like donkey and if they dont need just throw them out by giving stupid reason...
