Leadership gives people room to own their work. Hybrid setup in Austin is well-balanced. Good mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility. The team is sharp and the culture is low-ego. The company is growing but still small enough that your work has visible impact. You're not a cog.

Small company trade-offs apply. Resources aren't unlimited, and you'll wear more hats than your title suggests. Priorities can shift as the product evolves and new segments open up. Some internal processes are still maturing. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you're coming from a larger org with everything already built out.

Excellent team of people, very supportive and collaborative. Leadership is hands on and happy to jump in and help when needed. Office culture is positive and it's a hybrid schedule so you can to connect with your peers but also work from home when needed.
