Work autonomously, no micromanaging. Lots of diverse projects to work on. Ability to cross-train with different disciplines/products.

Because it is an engineering firm, not a manufacturing plant, they do small batch orders. So, there is a constant scramble to figure things out, find equipment, etc.

Great people and team. Very family oriented

the schedule can be a lot at times. And some people do not follow it.
