The company has many talented and dedicated individuals, but unfortunately, its management does not reflect those strengths. Leadership shows little interest in employee growth and development, often setting unattainable goals while offering vague or misleading promises of bonuses. There’s a noticeable imbalance in leadership roles, with a predominance of men in management positions, fostering a “bro culture” that feels exclusionary. Initiatives like women-focused meetings seem performative, addressing surface-level concerns without implementing meaningful change. The core issue stems from leaders who lack direction, openly admit their shortcomings, and then shift blame to their teams, leading to unwarranted terminations. Favoritism is also apparent, further diminishing morale. Ironically, management practices fall short of the principles that Gary Vaynerchuk champions online constantly, such as fostering a supportive, inclusive environment and empowering talent. It’s disheartening to see the company fail to align its leadership practices with the values it claims to uphold, ultimately squandering the potential of its incredible workforce.
