Good location, good base pay, opportunities to learn new skills.

Aging workforce not open to new ideas (not bad workers, also good people, just not with times and aren’t willing to adjust), VERY poor workplace moral, nepotism is to the point where most employees are discouraged from applying to a job because proper hiring processes are literally never followed. Large disconnection from management and hourly employees. Bad communication from some management.
