Vantaggi
Not sure where the other reviews came from but my time at Valaroza was nice and I only left because I was moving out of state. It is a small company and feels like that, both in good and bad ways (the owner doesn't hide this, either. he made it very clear during my interview that it was still starting up and he was learning). Lots of freedom, lots of flexibility. Unlimited paid time off, 4 day work week, salary. The owner assigns tasks and leaves you to it without micromanaging. There is turnover, but it feels less like "management is bad" like the other reviews make it seem, and more like people didn't make the cut and are upset. I got to work with a dozen or so different clients on all sorts of different projects. Never a stale or repeat day. I can't speak on what anyone else encountered working here, but aside from the occasional "whoops" moments from management it was a very pleasant place to work.
Svantaggi
Feels like a small company sometimes. Small team and the management is still figuring some things out. Parking downtown was a pain.
