The training is somewhat thrown together, and it is not clear. I found the manager likable and helpful. The partner has poor communication - does not respond to emails, leaves issues and questions unresolved. Without proper traning and communication, researchers may struggle to make quotas. Paychecks do not arrive on time, fifteen to thirty days late.
