Some of the smartest most eager talent outside of the executive team I've ever had the joy of working around. The ingredients for a stellar success have been within this company multiple times. So much potential and excitement as you join this company.

Executive leadership uses manipulation and lip service to drive initiatives forward like a steam rolling machine. Disregarding industry experts, pleas from the team, regulations, and general human decency. The lowest point of my career, I've watched as we've destroyed talented team member after talented team member. Never once reflecting inward on why the senior leadership team of such a promising organization is so cyclical. The company is more interested in writing off anyone that is not willing to follow exact orders regardless of applying their knowledge of expertise. Beware of ethics at this company as it is a sure way to land a target on your back. The executive team is a series of puppets waiting for the forced guidance of the few in the nepotistic inner circle. If you are not best friends with the CEO and a graduate of Harvard your opinions are entirely discarded.

I would not recommend this company. Leadership and management practices create an environment where employees often feel undervalued, micromanaged, and subject to inconsistent standards. Trust between management and employees is lacking, and concerns are not always addressed in a meaningful way. Compensation does not adequately reflect expectations or workload, and opportunities for growth can be unclear. Employee morale and retention appear to suffer as a result of these issues. In my experience, the company seemed to be in a constant cycle of hiring new employees, which I believe may be related to these ongoing leadership and culture challenges. The frequency of new hires suggested persistent turnover, which, in my view, reflects broader issues with leadership, employee experience, and retention.
