Project load is large. Work hours are not flexible sometimes.

Valves wast pool of expertise offered me a whole new world as a communicator - all the digital, marketing, social media, concept, visual, coding etc people are now my colleagues! At Valve, I feel that I and my colleagues really get the chance to develop not only our individual aspirations, but together as colleagues in a multitude of different skills. I've worked for Valve for over four years now and still learn something new every week. And when I'm challenged, there is always help on hand.

We have had quite a few reorganizations, but on the other hand it would be more frightening to just stand still and not develop ways of doing things.
