The product has always been very strong, and no doubt will continue to be strong in an increasingly competitive market. There is decent money to be made as a Sales Rep, but the market is becoming saturated, and there is generally too many sales reps within the UK, which only changed due to the massively high attrition. There were some great people at Varonis, but most left unfortunately.

The culture is and has always been terrible. Unfortunately senior management lack the empathy and EQ to correctly manage people, so most of the best people have left or will leave. If you interview, I would suggest asking how long each Sales rep has been with the company, and you will learn the truth. The imposed metrics make sense to some degree, but micro-managing your every move does not, hence the best people leaving frequently.
