Not much. The salary isn’t great either, and the environment is bad

At first, it seems like there is a good atmosphere, especially because it gives the impression that everyone knows each other and there is even a photo wall at the entrance that reinforces that image. However, over time, you will notice how the perception changes and the environment starts to deteriorate or the fish begins to rot. You start to frequently receive unnecessary and irrelevant information about the company and other colleagues, generally with a negative tone. From time to time, it gives the impression that they choose one particular person, who becomes the target of constant criticism, even for small details such as the way they drink coffee. It seems that they choose someone to dump their insecurities or complexes onto, and anything that person does is questioned or seen negatively. It is a dynamic that feels childish and will degrade your experience. Very bad work environment. I would recommend staying alert and, if you have another job offer, seriously considering accepting it.
