Constant change in upper management. highly political environment, constant wondering about who coming in next, and disrupt in the name of change. New upper management thinks they have all the answers. They don’t let good people do go things. People are either being laid off, or jumping the burning ship. Look at how many open positions there are and not filled for a long time.
