You are supposed to reach a target made by cold and warm appointment, but the company is not able to ensure you to get good warm so sometimes you are striving to get the cold but it's worthless because you don't have enogh warm. Management useless, they are not helping or supporting and if you are not reaching the targets you are cut off.
