Gives a great satisfaction taking part in some of the biggest projects to affect the future of the company. Get given enough encouragement to improve yourself and your work experience and knowledge.

Sometimes i wonder if all departments are pulling the same way and it has got slightly political internally which affects the mood and the atmosphere at times.

Decent pay -- most companies in this industry offer a low base salary and high commissions. Vertu offers a higher than normal base salary and a little lower commission.

- Terrible leadership - Poor company structure - You never know if the company will be out of business the next day.
