The mission is real, and the work actually maps to it -- you can feel the urgency and purpose behind what the company is building. High learning curve in a good way: you’re constantly exposed to new domains (hardware + software + real-world deployments), which keeps things interesting regardless of team or department.

It’s a fast-moving environment, so priorities can shift as the company learns. The pace is intense at times, and you have to be comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect information.

It's easy to park there.

Not as advertised they don't offer the free lunch instead what you get is expensive vending machines. You supposedly get paid alot of overtime but they clip your hours on Tuesday and pay you on Friday. You work 12 hour shifts with no training and some lady in a grey shirt yells at you to move to a new station but tells you NOT to log into that station which is important if they want to terminate you without cause. Some VIAM corporate guys just sort of walk around insulting random temp workers and the entire time you are breathing in powdered rubber. Also the machines are always broken but they never tag them out just sort of make the associates climb inside the machine and hit it with a hammer. The way they scam you here you will make the same money for less than half the effort bagging groceries it's not worth the hassle. DO NOT trust or respond to VIAMs Randstad recruitment texts they hired and fired our entire Crew in 2 weeks after production goals were met. Seriously F these people.
