Notice the positive reviews? They tend to appear in batches. Take that how you will. The disconnect between the higher ratings and what employees are actually experiencing is stark.

Chronic inability to execute. Strategy constantly shifts without follow-through. Initiatives are launched with fanfare, only to fizzle out when leadership loses focus or fails to resource them properly. Leadership lacks cohesion and accountability. Senior leaders are more concerned with optics and internal politics than actually solving problems. Transparency is nonexistent, and blame is frequently pushed down the org chart. Layoff after layoff. Morale is at rock bottom after multiple rounds of poorly handled layoffs. Communication around these decisions is vague and cold, and they seem more reactive than strategic. Toxic work environment. Psychological safety is not a priority and many employees fear retaliation for voicing concerns or offering differing viewpoints. Internal competition is prioritized over collaboration. Diversity and inclusion are just buzzwords. Despite public claims, there is a glaring lack of meaningful investment in DEI and diverse voices seem to be either sidelined or pushed out altogether.
