Horrible predatorial management, nepotism will land you a management role, where you can start doing absolutely nothing, take smoke breaks whenever you want, and harrass your employees. When you actually work, you are not allowed to go to the bathroom, and you are being constantly verbally abused by clients. If you value your mental health, NEVER work there. Absolutely no chance of advancement except ''lateral movement'' where you could get more work for the same pay.
