Whether it’s pulse surveys, engagement surveys, or input shared in Slack or 1:1s, they are quick to acknowledge it and often move swiftly to implement meaningful changes. It’s clear they’re invested in the employee experience and in building a culture that aligns with our values. Communication is a standout. There’s some form of company-wide transparency every single week—from weekly standups focused on wins and progress against priorities, to monthly all-hands and AMAs, and a monthly video update from the CEO sharing business updates and what’s ahead. It helps you feel connected to what’s happening and why.

Like many companies, Vidyard has faced a tough macro environment over the past couple of years. That’s meant making hard decisions to ensure the business is sustainable.
