Vantaggi

First ocular telehealth company in the world. Rapid expansion. Laid back atmosphere, good place to make connections, can be very accommodating and flexible with hours. Good benefits - food, lunch, transportation. Newly acquired HR was a big step up from previous structure.

Svantaggi

Not very value driven and processes are rushed, money over people. They value complete obedience from executives and dislike when you present them with questions or bring any type of fault or concern, most of the time seemingly dismissive or elitist. No sense of transparency, just do what they tell you to do. Do not put more work into what you have to, you will not be properly compensated for any if your hard work. Lacks discipline to follow up or follow through any communications making them seem disorganized.
