I have worked previously in different background, but working for Creative Agency was the first time. They made us to learn about Animation, Ads and more. I was happy with the average salary, sometimes during the shoot, you have to stretch few hours. I was seeing few employees were taking holiday just like that and company never used to say anything or warn them. Some works were shared to other employees
