Benefits can be good if you are salaried. Long bench times are acceptable. Not a bad place if you can market yourself and are not looking for career advancement roles but looking for contract roles.

You have to market yourself most of the time. Sales team has a tough time understanding technology and skill set to match with contract work. Company is trying to shift into a consulting model but lack of back-end office support, and virtually no marketing and sales support has made it extremely difficult to move out of the contracting business. Also, there is no org structure so everyone reports to the owner of the company. The owner also does the external selling which has led to no proper business dev and/or sales structure. There is also no proactive communication from the home office to the contractors out in the field. There is also no structured career movement in the company. The lack of talent makes it virtually impossible to seek mentorship and guidance if you are looking for a career advancement place.
