Once you've grown a certain amount, you have a solid chance at upward mobility. -Employer culture: While some jobs in VI are call center, and inherently are harder to allow flexibility in scheduling for, management in VI tries their best to accommodate needs and to allow for use of paid time off in the manner you wish to use it.

As with any company, there are a lot of moving parts at VI. Each department is connected, but occasionally communication can be difficult amongst departments/employee levels. VI is often self-examining, and trying to improve. Niche market: Telecom is its own crazy world. It's no fault of VI's that the industry is weird and not extremely well-known, but it can be a job difficulty.
