My experience was heavily impacted by team dynamics and lack of consistent support. Despite raising concerns early on, I didn’t feel like there was a proper resolution, and over time this made the role quite isolating. I was moved into a different team, but the role still required interaction with the same individuals and areas that had already been flagged as an issue, which made it difficult to fully move forward. Expectations weren’t always clear and seemed to change, which added to the pressure. There was also a sense that things were being managed more as a workaround rather than addressing the root cause, which meant the situation never really improved. Overall, it became a stressful environment to work in.
