The application group has a fair amount of autonomy, so developers with good track records are allowed to do their thing without a lot of outside interference. There isn't a lot of software development going on in New Jersey anymore, so this is a good way to stay in the area.

Company is research oriented, not business oriented, Used to be a cutting edge technology, but is now more of a ho-hum underlying slice of the pie. Voxware is still having trouble finding its niche. Has a history of inexperienced management.
