- Nano-managed (a team hired to watch what you do) - Zero transparency (always some agenda) - Below minimum wage salary - No consideration for healthcare/the safety of the patients. All about making money - No loyalty to staff (rude customers are always right) - Teams employed to removed negative trust pilot reviews - performance based on how many positive trust pilot reviews you can get - Big promise of career progression but no actual - HUGE TOXIC POSITIVITY CULTURE - "We are here for you - but no you cant do this or that and we will watch every move you make" - Wish I could give negative stars for VOY. - THE WORST company I have ever worked for.
